Whether we see a child or adult, a first visit is a time to get to know one another. You will be introduced to our team members, and be led through our cutting-edge dental clinic. We will take extra time with children to ensure they have a good experience. We will discuss your immediate and long-term needs. All fees will be discussed in advance. For our patients with insurance, we will let you know ahead of time your estimated payment portion.
Usually, the first visit for a dental patient will include discussing your unique smile and ways to improve it. We will discuss cost, treatment time and cases that are similar to your yours so that you will understand what is achievable.
To help us run on time, please complete our New Patient Forms. If you are unable to complete the forms, please arrive 15 minutes early and we will be happy to assist.
We accept most major insurance plans and as a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim for you. The portion that is not covered by the insurance company is your responsibility and due at the time of service.
It is beneficial for you to know and understand what your insurance benefits are including deductibles and co-pays. Regrettably, we do not dictate insurance policies and can only work with them.
We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and CareCredit as payment. We also offer third-party financing.
